About Me

Health.io is a dedicated platform committed to elevating mental health treatments with a special emphasis on Trauma, Depression, Anxiety, and OCD. With a background rooted deeply in technology and health, my journey began as a researcher at MIT’s CSAIL, working under the tutelage of Sir Tim Berners-Lee. During this transformative period, my passion for artificial intelligence took flight, eventually leading to the inception of two AI-centric companies.

Being a native of India, an ancient country but not without its share of struggles, I have witnessed firsthand the silent suffering endured by many due to limited access to information and treatment for mental health conditions. This personal connection has fueled my commitment to raising awareness around trauma and illuminating the path with novel and emerging therapies. Now, my focus is on Health.io, a conduit designed to bring vital information and support to those residing in less-fortunate regions of the world. Through this platform, the vision is clear: to shed light, offer hope, and make accessible the essential trauma-care resources and treatments that are often out of reach for many. Together, let’s embark on this journey of healing and empowerment.

My Story (in 2 parts)

As someone who also struggles with PTSD, I shared my own story on the channel (see below). Although it may be a bit lengthy, I believe my story is worth sharing. Through this channel, I discuss my personal struggles with PTSD and the psychotherapy treatments and advances that helped me overcome it. My hope is that this information will be helpful to anyone else who is struggling with mental health conditions.
